Front-End Developer
The ideal candidate will be a great developer with excellent front-end development experience as well as proven experience implementing WordPress themes and plugins. As a team member would interact,guide and lend his development expertise during all phases of the project. The Candidate should be highly-motivated web developer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Job responsibilities include;
Develop pixel perfect front-end templates
Extensive experience templating for WordPress, building custom Themes, Plugins & Widgets
Skillful in PHP, XHTML, HTML 5, Javascript, CSS, jQuery and general Web 2.0 techniques
Expertise in building responsive sites for all browsers and platforms
Must be a WordPress pro with sound knowledge of handling plugins and eCommerce integration
Familiarity with relational databases, preferably MYSQL
Excellent time management, estimation and communication skills
Contribute towards the evolution of development practices
Manager – Business Development
The individual must be entrepreneurial, possess integrated agency experience and have a track record of significant new business successes. The ideal candidate will be a smart, ambitious and hard-working individual with a strong Sales and Marketing background, who should have tremendous energy, must be focused and highly skilled in managing the Sales Pipeline.
Job responsibilities include;
To completely own the new business process from strategy, to lead generation/networking, through to proposal, pitching and closings
Execute cold calling, lead generation, meeting clients and potential clients, assisting with pitching
Conceptualize and create a conscientious new business strategy
Expertise in building responsive sites for all browsers and platforms
Will be working with the Head of Business Development/New Business, as well as the Senior Creative team.
